void trx::get_reference_info(const std::string &reference, const Eigen::MatrixXf &affine, const Eigen::RowVectorXi &dimensions)

Get affine and dimensions from a Nifti or Trk file (Adapted from dipy)

Parameters:

• reference – [in] a string pointing to a NIfTI or trk file to be used as reference

• affine – [in] 4x4 affine matrix

• dimensions – [in] vector of size 3
